A major hotel, located near Shinjuku station. Business like. With smooth check in and check out service. Amazing baggage lockers. No pool. Didn't use gym. Very small rooms. Good view on the high floors. Slight smell in washrooms from toilets. Limousine bus comes to this hotel. Can walk underground between Shinjuku station until 11pm.

It was great staying at the airport the night before we needed to be there. Check in was easy and the room was comfy and clean. The hot baths on the top floor were included in the cost of the room and amazing as were the body scrubs we both had as extra spa treatments. We were able to catch up on our laundry in the hotel, could lock the door for safety with a pin and watch its completion from our room's TV. It was close to great restaurants with delicious food. We'd definitely book here again.

IThe staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a few nights. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location close to restaurants and public transit. Overall, I enjoyed my time here. That said, I did find the price a bit on the high side for what was offered. If I could catch a good deal or if the rates were slightly more competitive, I’d definitely consider staying again.

It’s a very convenient place to stay close to the station and it has a couple of stores to buy from and to eat out. The view in the hotel we’re staying at,  was the best view for us. The staff at the hotel cleans our stuff often and change our bins and clothes etc. The service staff helps us a lot go through stuff with the luggage packing and cleaning information. It was a comfortable experience to have. Thank you!!
