I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality from Dara Downs during my stay at Dromoland Castle Hotel. Dara was simply amazing—his warmth, kindness, and professionalism were truly unparalleled. He guided us through the castle with a genuine enthusiasm that made our visit unforgettable. He answered all our questions with patience and ensured we felt completely at home. His manners and dedication to his role are a testament to his character. The best of the best! At Dromoland, they cater to your every need! If I am in Ireland, I will be staying at Dromoland! The staff is superior and attention to detail is excellent. They have an excellent chef so, breakfast, lunch and dinner are a no trainers.

Dromoland is elegance sublime. It is truly a castle with beautifully furnished and decorated public areas and there's no end to them. The grounds are extensive including a golf course and large lake with provided row boats. Eat like a king in the main dining room with superb cuisine served by a truly professional staff or settle for something casual in the golf course or bar restaurant. The rooms are very large and designed with royalty in mind. An added delightful extra are spontaneous live entertainment performances.

Stayed here during my best friend's wedding and it felt truly magical. A few highlights include: - Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows (we said that we wish we could create a replica of it in our own home!) and stunning rooms that make you feel like royalty - The nicest staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable - Beautiful grounds. There are so many fun activities to do on the property, and even just walking around the castle is a treat! - Fantastic food and drinks - Quiet and relaxed atmosphere - Everywhere we walked in the castle, we could smell the fireplaces, without any smoke. It was so pleasant and cozy! Would absolutely love to stay again!

The most wonderful hotel experience of my life! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing hotel and experience. The housekeeping services are beyond amazing. The details matter to the staff here. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and happy. The hotel, staff, and experience is worth every penny. The chocolate during turn down service is worth staying here in and of itself. I had the best omelette I’ve ever eaten at the breakfast. I have to name drop Matthew. He was such a joy and so good to us during our stay. We also very much enjoyed our carriage ride with Lilly and our falconry experience with Clem. I can only be so lucky as to return here for a future stay. The grounds and the castle are beyond beautiful. Truly a five star experience. Well done, Dromoland Castle and staff!

From start to finish, what a fantastic stay in the beautiful Dromoland Castle - a truly 5 star experience, we loved every moment. Our arrival was met at the door with the renowned Clare hospitality, and from the check-in process to the journey to our room it was the warmest of welcomes. The rooms were really spacious and had all of the lovely touches from the decor to the gorgeous Burren scents. The service only got better from the lounge to the dining room, the Golf Club and to the GM Marks personal greeting at breakfast, it was faultless. On Saturday we played golf in the rain, which was a pleasure due to the magnificent surroundings, the personalised golf tags and the course condition. A really truly memorable stay and one we look forward to repeating again. Thank you to all at Dromoland.

Everything you would expect and more from a 5-star castle resort. From the second we were greeted at the valet to the second we were loaded into our vehicle we were treated like true royalty! We especially loved our afternoon falconry lesson with Jack! He was exceptionally knowledgeable of his craft and showed us a great time. Thank you Dromoland staff for a truly memorable stay!

Attended my niece's wedding April 26th 2025..from the moment we stepped inside we were treated like royalty.. I cannot praise the staff more highly, Brian Darragh Aoife and Margaret tó Name but a few.. The Brian Boru function room truly beautiful. Thank you all for making Emer & Danny's day a great success. A five-star experience. From the very friendly staff that greet you on arrival and all the staff you will encounter throughout your stay, no request is a problem. The room was large and the bed comfortable. A real dinning experience was enjoyed in the restaurant. A car from the hotel to the pool is an interesting service. All of this luxury does, however, come at a price.
