The location is amazing, staff are super friendly. We asked for a high room and they managed to accommodate this for us 🙏
Bed was comfy, bathroom could do with a deep clean.
And we chose not to use the pool as the water did not look to clean.
Paid for breakfast but it was quite poor, often ran out of fruit.
This being said it was still amazing value and we would return

Sorry I can't accept this hotel. I must give bad review. During my searching, I found that their sea view room is the cheapest and the hotel photos show that the sea view room has big whole glass to view the scene. So I made a booking. After I got the room, they gave me second floor and it totally cannot see any sea view. You can see my photo. I cannot accept it. So for those people that saw their cheapest sea view room, please aware my review. It is totally a scam.

The location was great, 300 m to sky train. Massage parlors next door very cheap. The room was ok but beds were very hard. Thicker mattresses would have been better.

Room was great, the view was amazing and location close to the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants around. They had a good Piano in the Lobby and we were always the only people in the pool
We had breakfast buffet in the first day but after that a la carte

I had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the counter staff were very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Overall, everything was very good, and I would definitely book again.
A few points for improvement:
It would be helpful to have an in-house phone to contact the front desk.
The air conditioning could be upgraded—despite setting it to full power, it was still quite warm, and when set to higher power, it became noisy. It might need some maintenance.
A wider variety of breakfast options would also be appreciated.
Looking forward to my next stay!

It was not bad, when I book I ask for a high floor where they answer they have 3th floor available and after they didn't answer on the msg. When we arrived they tried to give us the 2nd floor where I was showing the msg about the higher floor after a small argument they gave us 3th . Breakfast was not so good we went around 8:30am and almost everything was empty so we didn't have some choice
The view from the roof was absolutely amazing.

The bathroom had a continuous disgusting odour like a sewer. I was in Room 1302. I couldn't tolerate being in the bathroom for more than 10 seconds at a time.
Staff were aware of this issue yet allocate that room.
Hotel could only change the room the next day.
Breakfast was basic and acceptable. Location was good.
Advice, book another hotel if you can
