This hotel is conveniently placed close to the airport, it has plenty of amenities for the kids Food is slightly expensive Close to aeon mall, about rm 10 via grab It has a spa Rooms are spacious and comfortable Will definitely come again if I have the chance Thanks for the hospitality

Is an old resort, but for the price we can’t complaint too much as well. Is a calm place but most facilities including the room is worn out, wooden smell very strong in the room, service staff is good just I think is the system make it check in very very slow, expects to wait 30 mins to 1 hour during weekends I guess. Breakfast is nothing special and dun expect too much.

Terrible Experience – This Hotel Doesn’t Deserve Four Stars I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in late at night and entered room 496, the problems began. The room looked old and unkempt, with a stuffy atmosphere and an air conditioner that barely worked. Since we arrived late, we tried to bear with it for the night, but things only got worse. The bathroom and toilet were in separate areas, both looking very old and poorly maintained. There was visible dust, cracks in the sink, and even water leaking in the toilet. The next day, the room felt like a sauna — blowing hot air instead of cold. Although we reported this, the technicians only provided a temporary fix. The room quickly returned to its stuffy, uncomfortable state, and no one followed up. After insisting, we were moved to another room (room 293), which was a long walk from the main area. Sadly, this room was just as bad. It was gloomy and dim, with non-functioning lights in the bathroom and living area. The lampshades were covered in dust, making it feel more like a set for a horror movie than a hotel room. Even though the aircon worked here, the overall atmosphere was depressing. To make it worse, the TV in the new room didn’t even offer Netflix — something the previous room had. When I asked the front desk, they casually said, “not all rooms have it.” This shows a lack of standardization and quality control. I saw the hotel mentioned there will be a renovation plan, but I have some doubts since major renovations can be very costly. It’s hard to know how seriously or soon they’ll follow through, so I’d take those replies with caution. Also, my friend had an allergic reaction during our stay — the room was dusty and disturbed her a lot. She even developed a rash on her hand, so cleanliness seems to be an issue too. In summary, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Reasons: The rooms are old and poorly maintained. Dusty environment — not suitable for those with allergies. General cleanliness is lacking. No sign of post-COVID renovations or upkeep. Breakfast was very limited — many 4-star hotels in KL are far better. Staff and technicians struggle with English — which can be a challenge if you don’t speak Malay. I paid for a pleasant, relaxing stay but ended up with a frustrating experience filled with complaints, wasted time, and room changes. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

I really enjoy stay at this resort , calm & clean Breakfast was nice with longer duration period than other hotel @ resort (6am-10am) Definitely recommended for staycation Will come again next time Process of registration check in & check out less than 10min No deposit since only 1 night stay Staff really nice & helpful All amenities completed in 1 room Really enjoy the show , thanks for providing smart tv , smart air conditioner, smart light .

The hotel is rather cheap and great nature environment,but is kind of old

It was a nice experience although the towels weren’t equipped first but the housekeeping was quick to resolve the problem.
