The location is very convenient, super near to people’s square train station and the Nanjing pedestrian street. There’s a family mart right beside the lobby. The front desk was always attentive and helpful.

Location is very well located between 2 subway stations, so we had good choice of different subway lines. Family mart convenience at the door step. Reception was very good and helpful, and helped us combine our 2 separate bookings into 1 so that we need not change rooms. Also gave us a few nice souvenirs when they saw us taking photos at the lobby while waiting for our taxi. Superb experience and will not hesitate to come back again! Well done!

Excellent service and very friendly staff! The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. One small suggestion would be to allow food deliveries to be brought directly to the room, as we had to pick them up at the front desk. But that was just a minor detail compared to the great experience we had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Although my room didn’t have any windows, it wasn’t a problem at all — it was still comfortable and cozy. The location is not too far from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great stay at Youli Hotel during my recent trip to Shanghai. The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro station that conveniently connects Line 1 and Line 8—making it super easy to get around the city.
Although the hotel is small in size, it’s well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, offering great comfort and convenience. I was particularly pleased that the room was clean and completely free from any cigarette smell, which is often hard to find in some places.
There’s also a convenience store right next door, which came in handy for snacks and essentials. Major attractions like Nanjing Road and The Bund are within walking distance, making the location even more ideal.
I would definitely choose to stay at Youli Hotel again if I have the chance to return to Shanghai. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

Location was great, breakfast across the street is super regarding price and amount, especially if you have a voucher its even more fun. Room and the cups could have been cleaner though

Love the location of the hotel! There is also a family mart just beside the hotel. 5-10min walks to metro but the exit requires climbing of stairs.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Always ready to help. Room perfectly clean. Great value for money. Breakfasts were served in the cafe opposite. The hotel was one of the stops on our honeymoon, the staff gave us flowers, a box of chocolates, made swans out of towels. It was very nice. Upon check-out they also gave us a postcard and Shanghai cream. I have only pleasant impressions of the hotel. I recommend it.
