Close to metro, Danube and VIC. Shop across the street. Very nice service and great staff. Good restaurant as part of the hotel. Room was clean and has all necessary equipment. Bed was comfortable.

When evaluating the quality of a hotel, both hardware and software services need to be considered. This hotel has complete hardware services, but the software services are far from satisfactory, which is very disappointing. From the perspective of external hardware services, the hotel has a relatively advantageous location, with a tram stop, Alte Donau and Donau Zentrum in front of it. You can also take tram number 25 to the main underground station (U1/U2). Please note that until the end of June there are no services on the U1 from Kargan (the nearest station to the hotel) to Oberlaa. I recommend visiting the Donau Zentrum, a large shopping mall near the hotel. In addition, there is a McDonald's restaurant in front of the hotel. In addition to external hardware services, internal hardware services are also acceptable. My room was on the highest floor of the hotel. Although it was the smallest room on that floor, it was still quite spacious. The room has large windows and an emergency ladder to ensure safety in an emergency. However, although the hotel's fire protection facilities were good, the elevator alarm system did not work. Please remember to bring your cell phone with you to the elevator. Admittedly, the hotel is a bit old and the design is a bit nostalgic, but it is still usable and liveable. There is a restaurant, bar and parking lot on the first floor of the hotel, but the restaurant only serves breakfast. Since I came back at 10 pm, I didn't see the bar open. I didn't drive here, but if you do, you should come early after 3pm to get a parking spot. Also, it is appreciated that the elevator is fast enough and has a closing button. In terms of soundproofing, the hotel has windows with good soundproofing effect, but no soundproof doors. As you read this, you may still think this is an acceptable hotel and want to press the booking button. But please stop doing that, because you might regret it after reading the following paragraph. If you have already booked a hotel and don’t have free cancellation, stop reading now. This is the worst experience I've had in Europe, or even in the world, for software services. According to my previous practice, I usually leave my luggage at the hotel after arriving at the destination before the hotel check-in time and come back in the evening. However, as stated on the website, luggage storage costs 2€, which made me arrive at the hotel at 3:30pm so that I could store my luggage in the room and avoid the extra cost. I think many people had the same idea as me, so there was a long queue in front of the reception at 3:30 pm. Charging a luggage storage fee is fine, but it will cause the front desk to be overcrowded around 3pm, which is usually not a problem for hotels. But the problem has become very serious due to insufficient cleaning staff. Many of us were asked to wait on the first floor after checking in because the room was not ready. At 3:45pm I was asked to wait for half an hour (yes, after queuing at the reception for 15 minutes), which was still acceptable to me, even though 4:15pm was already 75 minutes later than the promised check-in time (3pm). I sat there and waited until 4:15 p.m. At 4:15pm, other customers had already got their rooms and I was asked to wait again. Around 4:45pm, I was asked to go upstairs to personally check if the room was ready (yes, personally check). The room was not ready, the window was open and the bed was made up. Waited to check again at 5:45pm and the room windows and door were open but the bed had been made. I asked the housekeeping staff if the room was ready and they let me in. Finally, after more than two hours of waiting, I was finally able to enter a clean room. The only thing I was grateful for was that the staff gave me two drinks after I waited for two hours. My experience reflects three issues of the hotel management team: lack of communication, insufficient staff, and lack of sensitivity to crowd management. Firstly, the hotel management team does not have the authority to rearrange the order in which the housekeeping team cleans the rooms. There was only one customer (me) waiting for his room around 4:15pm and they did not clean my room. I didn't know what they were doing at the time but cleaning the rooms of customers who had arrived should have been a priority. If they were really very busy they should have informed reception of the estimated time of completion instead of just telling reception the room was not ready. Continuously giving your customers false hope will only lead to a bad image. Giving the client an estimated completion time allows the client to rearrange his schedule. The second is insufficient staff. I believe it is a daily job in the hotel to clean all rooms from 11am to 3pm. On the day of check-out, I noticed that the housekeeping team was already working before 9:30am. So I think the housekeeping team is not lazy but understaffed. If this is the case, more employees should be hired. Third, crowd management is very important for a hotel because it is the hotel’s first image. If the hotel management team knows that the housekeeping team will not be able to complete cleaning by 3pm, they should modify the check-in time or offer a discount to customers who check in later (e.g. €10 discount for customers checking in at 6pm). This provides more working time for the housekeeping team. In addition, canceling the luggage storage fee (2 euros) and establishing a parking reservation system are also effective means to solve this problem. By asking guests when they will pick up their luggage or arrive at the parking lot, arrival times can be understood so that the housekeeping team can better rearrange the cleaning sequence. And generally, you can avoid the 3pm crowds. This will help the restaurant cover up its understaffing and provide a better image and experience for customers. I also need to thank Trip.com's customer service, which has been responsive and responsible as always. I hope the hotel management will read this review carefully so that they can make improvements. Because it affects not only the image of the hotel but also the image of Vienna (which took up one eighth of my 24-hour trip). I'm sorry that I have to give this hotel a relatively low rating, but I hope that the hotel can improve and get a higher rating in the future. Hygiene: 2 (Because the window was opened when I checked in, there were flying insects, and the failure to clean on time also affected the hygiene score) Location: 4 (a bit away from the main station) Serves: 1 (see above) Facilities: 2 (hardware acceptable, software unacceptable)

The only downside is that it's a little far from the metro station, but other than that it's perfect

I stayed here on a solo trip. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the station, but other than that I have no complaints. The room was clean and well-maintained. There was a hair dryer and other amenities, so it was comfortable.

I think this hotel is generally good, but there is no air conditioning in the room, which is of course the norm in European cities. The location is not bad, but it is far away from the main attractions, so it actually took me more than an hour to get back and forth between the hotel and the attractions. But the only thing I think is worthwhile about the hotel is that in addition to being relatively cheap, the nearby environment is good. There is a very blue river view. I will pass by it on the way to the subway station, which makes me feel happy. There is also a McDonald's nearby, and the environment is great. It's a residential area and not noisy, so it's worth it.

When we arrived at the hotel, there were two drunk men at the bar next to the reception. They were singing and we found it a bit uncomfortable. The receptionist took care of the men's drinks first and not us. We had to wait a bit even though our request came first. During the night you could hear other people. The location is relatively good and the hotel is cheap.

The service is very good, the location of the hotel is good, opposite the supermarket, very close to the shopping center, and the subway is seven or eight minutes. The backyard is the Danube River, which is quiet and relaxing, suitable for walking and chatting.

房間衞生很好,交通很方便,對面的超市早上7點半就開門,有現場加工的三明治,附近還有一個麥當勞。早餐量大管飽
